GOD created and designed each of us for a specific purpose. When God created you He place in you a destiny to be walked out. Here at the Vineyard we want to see you grow in your relationship with God and others. It is our desire to see every person use the gifts God has gifted them with and walk in destiny. We hope to provide you with clear opportunities and connect you with a team here at the Vineyard where you use the gifts to serve others and bring Him glory. We pray you will grow along with others as you serve as a servant leader.
HOSPITALITY
GREETERS / COFFEE BAR / WELCOME CENTER / USHERS / CONNECTION
Our Hospitality Team creates the life giving atmosphere and makes our Vineyard family inviting and creates a home for others as they walk through our doors. It is vibrant, life giving, and welcoming. Providing care and an invitation to belong. The team help guest and members to feel welcomed and informed at our services and events at the Vineyard. It is an opportunity to use your gifts to discern our guests’ needs, provide information and direction for each person and help them discover their next step toward community involvement. Teams serve in a 5 week rotation.
NURSERY
Here at the Vineyard we believe we are to walk beside parents in ministering to their children. So parents who's children are in our classes rotate in and serve as part of the team along with others who feel called to help minister to our Vineyard families. Our Nursery is available during the entire service and is equipped to minister to infants through age 4. It is our desire to provide a positive environment where children can experience God’s love. While parents worship they can feel confident that their children are being cared for by other caring parents and trust worthy volunteers. Everyone who serves in our childcare areas go through background checks. There is a 4 to 5 week rotation.
VINEYARD KIDS
TEACHERS / ASSISTANTS
At the Vineyard we believe that our Children are the church “today” and we are intentional about creating an atmosphere where the whole family can grow together. We are committed to walk beside you as parents. Parents who have their children in our class rooms rotate in as teachers or assistants. We also invite other adults to join the team who may not have children in the class.We want our children to encounter the love of Jesus, to be filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit and learn to use the gifts God has placed inside of each of them. We want them to grow confidently in who God has created them to be and know that they can make a profound impact in the world around them. Our class meets after worship and is for children “Kinder - 5th grade.” Everyone who serves in our Vineyard Kids go through a background check. There would be a 4 week rotation.
YOUTH 419
YOUTH PASTORS / ASSISTANTS
We believe that we are to raise up a generation of world changers. We want our Teens to experience and be empowered by the Holy Spirit, using their gifts and take Jesus to the world. Our aim is to cultivate an environment where students are empowered in their ministry and gifts and become servant leaders. We believe in raising up servant leaders and give them the opportunity to serve in areas on Sunday morning and outside the church. We want to raise up Timothy’s full of Faith where they know they are the Church today. Our youth “Jr and Sr High” meet on Wednesday evenings and serve in different areas on Sunday mornings. Everyone working with the youth goes through background checks.
WORSHIP
WORSHIP VIDEO / SOUND TECH
Worship is one of our highest priorities here at the Vineyard. We believe worship creates a highway for people to encounter the presence of God, and our lives are transformed as we invite the Presence of the Living God into our service. As we sing love songs to Him the atmosphere changes and we are changed. It is our desire to create a culture of sincere worship in sprit and truth. Our worship pastor is the one who invites people to be on the worship team that plays and sings. Worship is more than being in front and on stage. We are looking for servant leaders who also want to enhance worship in serving on the sound and media team.
PRAYER TEAM
Our prayer team is made up of servant leaders who feel called to minister to people in prayer. The team has been trained and are available to pray with people at anytime before, during or after the service. They are comfortable with leading people to Jesus, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and praying for h ealing. They also gather early to pray for the service and are praying during the service.

SMALL GROUP
HOME GROUP LEADERS / HOST HOMES
Our small groups is where relationship and life happens. It is where we learn to grow together. It is a safe place to practice our gifts and share our hearts openly in safe environments. Our small groups meet 2 times a month in homes across the city. It is where we build deep and lasting relationships and grow together in our walk with Jesus. Where we can challenge each other in the faith. We worship together, study together, pray for each other and share food and fellowship. This is the front line of care at the Vineyard. We encourage everyone to fine a place to belong. We are looking for people who will open their home to host small groups and looking for people to lead. We have a 5 week training for our host and leaders to help give them tools to help them lead with confidence as servant leaders. It is a great way to use our gifts of hospitality.
ALPHA
ALPHA LEADERS / HELPERS
ALPHA is a series of session exploring the Christian faith, typically run over 11 weeks. (we run ours 8) Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation. Alpha is run all around the globe and everyone is welcome. It is designed for those who don't believe in God, those who are searching and those who already are believers. It has a meal, a video and group conversations lead by a leader. Each group has a leader and host. Alpha is run 2 or 3 times a year. We do this at Rustbelt with 2 other churches in our city. It is a great place to invite friends and family who are not believers.

The next Alpha session is January 21 to April 1 on Thursday nights at 7:30pm - it will start as ZOOM classes online.
SCHOOL of the HOLY SPIRIT
DAVID CUPPETT / 5 STONE MINISTRIES
This school is every Saturday night hosted at the Vineyard and is open to everyone. David Cuppett is the founder of 5 Stones Ministries and the classes are to equip believers in the fullness of the Holy Spirit. These classes filled with hands on experience and equipping. They can podcast for Charisma
INTECESSOR PRAYER TEAM
The team’s mission is to prophetically catch the heart of God for the Vineyard and to come into agreement with His will for this Body of Believers through corporate and committed individual prayer. Members participate with humble hearts of faith, actively engaging in group times of prayer, and are open to growth and training in prayer, the prophetic, and relationship with Holy Spirit. They submitted dreams and visions to the lead Pastors of the church. The group meets once a week to pray together.
